Storage & Product Life Span

• Upon receiving of the products, we will not be able responsible for balloon conditions kept and stored by receiver.
• Its receiver responsibility to ensure balloons are stored under good conditions to avoid balloon explosion and shrinking
• i.e. the product is kept in-door, under room temperature not exceeding 26 degrees, and not exposed to direct sunlight.
• If you need to carry balloon with car or other vehicle, kindly ensure that the air-conditioner has turned on and temperature is
• below 26 degrees before placing the balloon in the vehicle.

How long will helium balloon lasts?

• For normal 12 latex balloon it lasts 6-8 hours.
• For the 18 & 24 bubble balloon it can last at least 8 hours and it will only slowly shrink.
• For Foil balloon it can last for at least 1 day.
• Chrome Balloon it can last for 6-8 hours.
