• All artworks are laser engraved by our in-house artisan. Laser etching will create “frosted” effect on the glass. Personalization is permanent and durable and can last forever. (Note: Artwork is not printed using white ink)
• All wooden boxes are hand-painted using high-grade water-based wood stain and it’s done by our in-house artisan. There might be some color variation between boxes.
• NO STICKERS OR VINYL which does not last long and often peel off after several wash.
• All glasses are dishwasher safe
• If you need additional engraving on the inside box cover please write your request in the (Optional) Engrave Message inside box cover column when placing order. Your message should be within 250 words. Otherwise, it will be no engraving.
